About Me
I am a freshman at St. Thomas. I am from the home of the best team in the world, the Green Bay Packers. This year in addition Sigma Chi, I am also involved in Ireland Floor Council, College Democrats, Political Science Club, and Hana. In Hana I am finance chair of the Latinos Unidos subgroup. I hope to continue in political science and go either to law school or to grad school for public policy or international relations.
Why I Joined
I joined Sigma Chi because I believe in a deeper calling and a higher purpose and I could not deny the people and events that led to an amazing group of men. I also joined because of the commitment to friendship, justice, and learning; and the determination that the search for those ideals is a lifelong quest to try to attain a more perfect understanding of those principles in life.
How Sigma Chi Has Helped Me
Sigma Chi has given me so much in a short amount of time. It has given me a better understanding of what ideals are important to live life to think, work, and expect the best. Sigma Chi has given me a deeper bond with men I am proud to call my brothers. It has given me a deep humble viewpoint which is important because then we realize the wrongs we have committed in life, and the need to correct those wrongs.
