About Me
I am ambitious, focused and determined to attain success but I believe that being a man of success is not enough unless you are also a man of value. The values are what I look for in everything. I currently sit on the Judicial Board for Iota Tau and am the chair for philanthropy. I was re-elected as the international students Representative on USG, and am also the Events Coordinator for the African Nations Club.
Why I Joined
I have had a passion for leadership since I was a kid and I saw an opportunity to enhance and nature this passion by joining Sigma Chi. Every thing the Sigma Chi stands for is what I am sincerely looking for. I followed my honest convictions to join the Sigma Chi. Like everyone else, I was skeptical at first but a close friend encouraged me to take the step and then I realized that fortune favors the brave. I therefore, saw joining Sigma Chi as an opportunity to become a leader of good character and having a high sense of honor. It was the most profound decision I have ever made.
How Sigma Chi Has Helped Me
Apart from prudently enhancing my leadership vitality and values, Sigma Chi has given me friends that I am going to love for the rest of my life. In fact, I now call them brothers because the bond among us is really strong. Sigma Chi has taught me a lot about myself and this has helped me to understand people better. Not only has Sigma Chi improved my character into a man of stature, it has taught me to appreciate other people and to also understand the importance of friendship and responsibility.
