About Me

I am a senior at the University of St. Thomas, where I am employed in Technical Operations and Services. In addition to being the Pro Consul (Vice President) of the Iota Tau Chapter, I am the President of the UST Classical Society. Currently, I am looking for work in Linux Systems Administration.

Why I Joined

I joined Sigma Chi because of the brotherhood. I had known several of the brothers for quite some time before I joined, and I noticed the deep bond between them. Becoming one of their number has been one of the greatest experiences of my life, and I honestly feel blessed to be included. My only regret -- and I know I am not the only one to have said this -- is that I didn't join sooner!

How Sigma Chi Has Helped Me

I have always been interested in the concept of self-knowledge, and Sigma Chi has truly given me the tools to reflect upon myself in a positive fashion. I have discovered my flaws, and now I am able to improve them. In the same way, I have identified my strengths, and I now can use them to my advantage and refine them. It also helps that I now have a standard that I not only hold myself to, but all my brothers do as well.
